Public Record Costs – effective 12/01/2011 Reference: 21 NCAC 54 .1605
Copies of any public documents filed in the office of the North Carolina Psychology Board (Board) are available at the “actual cost” as defined in G.S. 132-6.2(b) for making the copy and mailing cost if applicable. Actual cost as defined in the public records law may not include costs that the Board would have incurred regardless of the request for public documents. The Board is responsible for determining the actual cost of reproducing public documents and providing such cost on the Board website. There is no charge to the requester if 10 pages or less.

2. Packaging and Mailing
Items that require shipping will be packaged and shipped using standard US Postal Service delivery rates and included in the total cost to the requestor. Prices can be found on the US Postal Service website – https://www.usps.com/ship/service-chart.htm

• USPS priority/express envelope/box No Charge
